By booking a transportation service, the passenger accepts the selected route, pickup point, drop-off point, date, time and service conditions. Shared shuttle and public bus tickets are charged per person. Private van and executive car services are quoted per vehicle unless otherwise indicated.
Customer information is used only to manage transportation reservations, communicate trip details, process requests and provide customer support. We may collect name, email, phone, route, date, passenger quantity and pickup/drop-off information.
Refunds and changes depend on the type of service, route and cancellation time. The company may retain administrative or operational costs when a vehicle, driver or ticket has already been assigned.
